This Privacy Policy explains how SEYED MEHRAN ABGHARI (the “Publisher”) handles information in connection with Speedy Jumper (the “Game”). This policy applies to the iOS and Android versions of the Game.
Information the Publisher collects
The Game does not require an account and the Publisher does not directly collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment information. The Game may store gameplay settings or progress locally on your device. The Publisher does not operate its own analytics, account, or user-tracking system for the Game.
Google AdMob advertising
The Game uses Google AdMob solely to display advertisements. To deliver, limit, measure, and prevent fraud in ads, Google and its partners may process information such as advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, device and app information, diagnostics, and ad interactions. Google may show personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your consent, region, and device settings.
On iOS, where required, the Game requests permission before accessing Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. You can change this choice in your device settings. On Android, you can manage advertising controls in your Google settings. Google’s processing is governed by its own policies: Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from apps and sites.
Children’s privacy
The Game is not directed to children under 13, or the applicable minimum age in the country where the Game is used. The Publisher does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the Game, contact the Publisher at speedyjumper@abghari.com.
Sharing and retention
The Publisher does not sell your personal information. Information processed by Google AdMob is shared with Google and its advertising partners as necessary to provide the advertising service. The Publisher does not receive or retain a separate advertising profile. Google retains information according to its policies and applicable law.
Your choices and rights
You may disable or reset your device’s advertising identifier, limit ad personalization, manage iOS tracking permissions, and request deletion or information about data handled by the Publisher by emailing speedyjumper@abghari.com. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing. Requests relating to Google’s advertising data should be directed to Google.
Security
The Publisher takes reasonable measures to protect information under its control. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and third-party services may have their own security practices.
International processing
Google and its partners may process information in countries outside your country of residence. They use applicable legal safeguards where required.
Changes to this policy
The Publisher may update this policy when the Game, advertising providers, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
